I (Annie, AKA AK Rowland) was awarded "photographer of the Year 2008 by the Professional Photographers of Santa Clara Valley." This is the second year in a row that I have been awarded this honor. The award is given to the professional photographer with the highest score accumulated from the 6 print competitions throughout the year held by PPSCV, an affiliate of Professional Photographers of California (PPC) and Professional Photographers of America (PPA), of which I am a member of both.

A.K. Rowland Photography is based in Santa Cruz. My boutique Studio is located in the historic Branciforte Plaza at 555 Soquel Ave Suite #190, down the hall from Ristorante Italiano. (Which has yummy Italian food that smells great and drives me crazy when I work late.)
