Congratulations to Queta & Frank, or is it Charles, or is it Chuck? I am not sure, but the groom does respond to all 3 names. They were married in South Lake Tahoe on a beautiful sunny September 29th. Although a fluke cold storm came in the night before and I awoke to a snow covered Tahoe, thank goodness it all melting away before the outdoor ceremony began.
